AN ENTIRE MONTH!?
So I didnt keep up with my weekly blog. oops. BUT its my dear darling memory's fault. i had forgotten my password.
Thanksgiving was lovely, both days.Played guitar hero much of Thursday with my cousins. Then the next day I spent with my mother side, the Vieths. With a surprise visit of my cousin Matt. We left a little early to have the 2nd Annual Fooseball Tournament with the Girmans.
Other than that I've been busy with school and signing up for college stuff, housing and dining alll sent and paid for even. Found out that me and my friend Evan are in charge of TEC, the retreat i LOOOOOVVVVVEEE. We're both excited.
Yesterday I had Christmas with the Girmans. So much food and games and talking. I'm still full. I got from my cousin a little book of sayings and a giftcard and from my grandparents, $ and a cute hat which i LOVE. Because Adam and Lindsey are spending Christmas Eve in Madison, we opened family presents today. I got a scarf, gloves, cute flashlight key chains from Lindsey/Adam. and my parents definitly surprised both me and Em, and Lindsey and Adam with Wiis. Me and Em also got a guitar hero. Wow they spoil us. just dont tell them I said that :)
Well I'll assume that I'll be on again after Christmas.

Episode #2
This school week ended in 2 tests and 1 quiz. Eeek. I hate the last week of the quarter. But none the less I'm doing fantastic in school, all A's but 1. And its a 92.34%..so close. Anywho: i had off of school on Friday for teachers to get all the grades together and such. So you'd THINK I'd sleep in until noon, eat ice cream for breakfast etc.
Nope.
I woke up at 4:00 am to leave the house by 5. Where did I go to at such an early hour? Me and my mother hauled the Mazda's butt to Winona State University. i slept for almost the entire ride up. We toured the campus and dorms in which it only finalized my decision to go there. I hope to stay in Maria Hall on the west campus with my friend Lindsey. But if not, the QUAD. woot woot. I'm excited.
After the long ride home (once again, me sleeping) I went to my friend Courtney's house and watched V for Vendetta. very good. BUT Emily called us to say that Courtney's sister Amy, was coming over to trash my room.
(i have trashed her's, it a little war that we have going on and she was getting back at me)
but i choose to let her go ahead, when i could have went home and stopped her. I came home to a streamer-ed, tped, forked, confettied bed room. I crashed in the guest room and it took me 2 hours on Saturday to clean it up.
oh well. I'll get her back. and Sunday, was just..Sunday. Cleaned. admired the car I'll be driving this winter:a grey jeep grand Cherokee.
So if you know anyone that would want to buy the '89 BMW convertable...let us know!!
This next week, Manu, a French guy who lives in Germany, is coming to WI to visit his favorite family (us!) EXCITING!!!

The Lame Life
“Boredom: the desire for desires”
I don't exactly know what I'm desiring, but this week has been filled with boring classes and boring homework.
Except for Thursday.
Thursday was fun.
You see, KM Boy's Soccer team went to State and the game was in Milwaukee at 2:00. KM is VERY supportive of any team that gets as far as state, and even teams that dont. Well I start from the beginning: I left school shortly after photo then went out to lunch with 2 of my friends. When we finally met up with Lindsey, Hannah and Ashley, we all packed into Lindsey beast of a SUV and headed towards Mayfair. BUT FIRST we stopped at the mall to see if Jake, a boy that we are acquaintances with, was indeed on a Hollister bag. He was. Yes my friends, a boy, from little KMHS is a model. Its weird. After getting some Starbucks, we made the crazed traffic journey to Uhline. Tremper was playing Middleton but lost. Either way, KM fans took over where Tremper had sat and we cheered on what wasn't a good game. My soccer genes were unhappy.
That was my exciting event for the week. LAME I know.
It's just another "episode" of Abbey's Lame Life.

What Has Been Up.
I have come to realize that I don't write on this enough. So before I start to write on this more opften, I think I should tell you what has been up since July 4th.
-My sister got married.
-I went to TEC yet again. This is me and my friend Erika.
-Went camping with family friends (The Rhodes) and my friend Andy in Governor Dodge park
-Had a movie night at my friend Courtney's house with our friend Tyler.
-Dressed up as a

80's Jogger
all white.
among other things for football games. Its been a couple of years but KM Lasers are in the playoffs!!! We won all but 1 game...and that was against #1 in the state!!
-Enjoyed my last homecoming as a senior.
And last but not least:
-Got accepted to both Winona State University and Carthage College. I'm waiting for Luther now.

BORING SUMMER

Summer
What have i done in my 2.5 days of freedom.
-Friday i went shopping with Courtney and Amy Schinner at Brookfield square (quite successful in buying perfume, zip up hoodie, and i forgot the other thing)
-Saturday i took the ACT the second time, in Burlington, AKA construction zone. eek, none the less i was STARVING afterwords and it took me like 30 to drive across a town smaller than Delafield.
- Sunday-got woken up early to go to church, deep cleaned my room.
I still haven't been able to have a summer morning. So as a birthday request, NO ONE IS WAKING ME UP...YAY!!!
But now...to become a co-director (one of 2 teen leaders) of TEC (teens encounter Christ) I have to write an essay. not just any essay, i have to answer
